I was so tired from not having slept in days because of my
Restless Leg Syndrome. One day on my lunch hour at work, I
decided to sit in my car and see if I could take a little twenty-
minute power nap. My cell phone went off bringing me out of a
deep sleep. When I answered, my coworker who happens to be
a friend, was on the other end asking me if I was OK? In that
second I looked at my watch and saw that it was almost three
o’clock and that I had been asleep for almost three hours. I
made up an excuse not even wanting to tell her because I was
so embarrassed about what had happened and went back to
work.

Those kinds of things were happening to me more regularly as
I got less sleep because of my RLS. I would drive to the
supermarket only to find I had left my handbag at home and
had no money or ID. Then I would need to travel all the way
home to get my handbag and then turn back around to go and
do the shopping. I had also been missing appointments
(doctor, car repair, meeting a friend for lunch). My RLS was
causing so much pain and frustration in my life, I was barely
getting any sleep at all. Rarely could I sleep in our bedroom
because my legs were moving all over the place almost
continuously and eventually I would kick the covers off the
bed. If I stayed, my husband just would not get any sleep
either and that made the next day very difficult for him.

Of course, I went to my doctor and he prescribed the usual
drugs for RLS, Requip, and Mirapex. But the side affects were
too uncomfortable and I stopped taking them. I had tried some
of the vitamins and herb capsules that were being sold at a
website that said they would take away the symptoms of
Restless Leg Syndrome and I would get a good night sleep.
They did nothing at all but I took them for a few months
hoping that something would eventually happen, it never did.

Then I found your eBook when looking for more help and
information for my RLS at different websites. Of course, I was
very skeptical but I was also feeling very desperate. I read
your book and I must say that the cure is certainly something
that I never would have considered as being the cause of RLS.
That brings me to the reason for writing this letter to you
because I wanted to let other people know that your cure has
turned out to be a real cure. It has changed and saved my
sanity and probably my marriage. I wanted to thank you and to
write something that might let other people know how much
this has helped me. And that I believe that this will help other
people who are also suffering from Restless Legs as I was.
